As Iron Sharpens Iron, so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend. Proverbs 27:17 (NKJV):
As the men of Zion, we bring together men to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ; and encourage each other to be servant’s leaders in our families, church and communities. We believe that becoming a good Christian is not a task to complete, but it’s the beginning of a new life in the eyes of God.
We engage each other through prayer, biblical teaching and wisdom. The men’s ministry consists of a wide range of age groups from as young as 18 years of age all the way up to our wise older gentlemen. We set out to bring unity in the body of Christ and tear down any racial, ethnic or demographical barriers that stand to keep us from the Kingdom.
The men of Zion meet every Saturday at Penn Ave from 11am – 1pm in the first floor conference room. Signs will be posted if we need to change the meeting to other rooms in the church. We encourage all men to come fellowship.

His career took him around the world and away from the church, but class leaders and family in the church made sure he was kept in the loop with what was going on back home.
In 2012, he returned home and came back to my home church. “The men’s ministry has played a significant role in my life thus far. I can see how God has used me, and I am willing and I don’t think he is done with me. “
